A climber for about as long as he could walk and raised by a climbing guide, Tommy will topics including looking for the right climbs, climbing gear for kids, and anchoring and trusting a lighter belayer.

Don't Think One Rope Will Do It with Cedar Wright

While Rumney isn’t necessarily known for multi-pitch climbing, Big Wall specialist Cedar Wright will provide an introduction to the rarified world of the sport’s big stone. Techniques include equalizing anchors, belaying from above, communication between partners, and other skills necessary to get beyond the single pitch.
